I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and a clinical license in the state of Indiana.
My specialties include non-pharmaceutical interventions for eating disorders, nutrition integration, Ayurvedic interventions, spiritual wellness, divination practices, trauma-informed yoga, severe mental illness, collective trauma, hakomi, LGBTQ+ specific issues, substance use, trauma therapy and mindfulness techniques.

Thor joined Flora Essentials in 2024. He is a constant companion to my clients during our sessions, and he gives all his love and understanding to each and every person who comes in. He is a very special dog, and we are delighted to have him as part of my practice.
He is a Brickhouse Pups adoptee.
