“Sarah is the best therapist I’ve ever been to, hands down! She makes conversation and doesn’t make it feel like a “typical” therapy session. It feels more like going to vent/talk to a friend for an hour. We laugh together, she comforts me when I need to cry. She is a safe space to feel anything and everything you need to. I love receiving reiki from her! The first time I asked for reiki I felt so relaxed afterwards. I’ve never received reiki before going to her, and was a little nervous, but again she created such a safe space for me to feel comfortable stepping into something new.”

“Sarah is so great. Since starting therapy about 3 months ago, I feel SO much better, and in a better mental space. For it being winter in the Midwest, I am the most peppy I’ve been in a while. Meeting with her regularly helps me keep mental health in the forefront of my mind. To me, that means actively working on the things we have talked about, and understanding why I and others may be responding in that particular way to the situation. I just am really proud of how much growth I am seeing in myself for doing the work and I thank Sarah for helping me plant the seed.
